Plastic Waste Preparation and Input

Mixed and non-recyclable plastic waste is collected, prepared and introduced into the containerized processing system. The controlled feeding system supports a consistent material flow into the reactor.

Thermochemical Pyrolysis

Inside the reactor, the plastic material is exposed to controlled high temperatures in an oxygen-free environment. The polymer structures are thermochemically converted without conventional combustion.

PROCESS STEP

Generation of Valuable Process Outputs

The conversion process produces a liquid hydrocarbon fraction, combustible process gas and carbon-rich solid residues. Their possible use depends on verified composition, further processing and applicable technical and environmental requirements.
